Coronavirus (COVID-19) Woodfield Update

Updated: May 5th, 2020

These are unprecedented times with the onset of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The health and safety of our guests and employees are our top priorities. We have been closely monitoring the guidance and recommendations of public health agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) as well as federal, state and local governments.

Woodfield is currently open for the 2020 season, allowing guests to escape to the fresh air of the wonderful White Mountains.  Although we have limited availability for certain parts of the season, Woodfield is still accepting reservations for RV spaces.  The Sales Office is also open for Park Model sales.

Office Procedures

As we work to maintain a healthy community, we are implementing social distancing protocols for our office.  Our office will be staffed with limited in-person resident/guest interaction.   We encourage communication with the office be done via telephone (928-242-9049) or e-mail (office@woodfieldrv.com).  Please call or email the office to discuss any questions or concerns you may have rather than visiting the office in person.  If an in-person visit is necessary, please call ahead to arrange an appointment so we can limit the number of people in the office at one time.  You may call or email the office and request that a payment be picked up at your site.  Alternatively, you may mail your rent and utility payment to the office.  Again, please feel free to call the office should you need assistance.

RV Check-In Procedures

Please call the RV office at 928-242-9049 upon your arrival.  A Woodfield team member will be dispatched to meet you at the Woodfield entrance in a golf cart and lead you directly to your site.

Events and Amenities
As part of our effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Pavilion and cease scheduled activities. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you understand this decision was made in the interest of the greater community and out of concern for the health of all.

We have built an open air space with a shade sail that can be used for small outdoor gatherings.  We ask that when utilizing this outdoor space, you please follow social distancing protocols, including gathering in groups of 10 or less and staying at least 6 feet away from others.

If you are feeling under the weather, no matter the symptoms, we ask that you please follow the guidance from the CDC and local public health officials and remain at home, and do not visit the office or common areas of the community.  Failure to do so poses a threat to the health, safety, and welfare of others.  Please do your part to safeguard yourselves, friends, neighbors and the community.

For local information in regard to COVID-19, please visit the City of Show Low website at showlowaz.gov/911/Coronavirus

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work together to keep our Woodfield community healthy.
