Interested buyers can now rent a Woodfield Park Model Home in our beautiful community. Come stay and play at Woodfield and let us show you how we make affordable summer living simple.
How it works:
Rental home is fully furnished with linens, dinnerware, coffee and basic spices and cooking essentials.
$95/night
3 night stay required
$50 non-refundable cleaning fee
$50 non-refundable pet fee (see our pet guidelines here)
Renter must be age 55+
2 guest maximum
100% of rental costs will be applied towards your purchase price if you choose to purchase a new Park Model in Woodfield.
