However, it's important to note that the Navajo County Assessor’s Office will levy taxes on this personal property, which typically amounts to around $400 annually. You have the choice to reside at Woodfield seasonally or year-round. Seasonal residency is from May 1 - Oct 31 with a lease payment of $4,600. Year-round residency allows you access 365 days a year with a lease payment of $6800.
