RV Spaces
All sites at Woodfield accommodate large RV’s yet maintain plenty of natural vegetation and space between you and your next door neighbors. Sites can be reserved for a day, week, month or season. Reserving a site for the summer season gives you the option to choose your perfect site. Modern infrastructure includes city sewer and high pressure city water, 30 & 50 amp electric and Wi-Fi internet directly to your site. Every site is cable TV ready through Sparklight. All sites are back-in. All RV's must be self-contained with usable facilities. Woodfield does not have restrooms or showers on site.

RV Space Policies
Rates are subject to change at any time. Please note that rental rates are based on two people per space. Additional guests (2 maximum) will be charged $10.00 per person per night. In accordance with Woodfield RV's Rules & Regulations, guest limitations apply*
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will result in your balance being applied as a credit toward a future stay. No refunds will be given. Early departures are subject to a cancellation fee.
Holidays and Special Events
Holiday weekends or special events may require a minimum length of stay as well as an additional fee. Please inquire at the time the reservation is made.
Reservation and Deposit Policy
To guarantee a reservation, a credit card deposit is charged when the reservation is made. Deposits are non-refundable. Balance for your stay is due upon check-in.

For a reservation from one to six days, a $55 deposit plus tax (equal to the first night).

For a reservation from one to three weeks, the deposit is $125 per week reserved, plus tax.

For a monthly reservation, the deposit is $200 for each month reserved.

Seasonal reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation and allow you to choose a specific site.
Rules & Regulations
Primary guest must be 55 years of age or greater
RV's must be 10 years old or newer
No more than two pets are allowed
Exceptions must be approved by management
