RV Spaces
All sites at Woodfield accommodate large RV’s yet maintain plenty of natural vegetation and space between you and your next door neighbors. Sites can be reserved for a day, week, or month at a time. Modern infrastructure includes city sewer and high pressure city water, 30 & 50 amp electric and Wi-Fi internet directly to your site. Cable TV & direct high speed internet is available for extended stays through Sparklight. All sites are back-in.
*All RV's must be self-contained with usable facilities. Woodfield does not have restrooms or showers on site.
RV Space Rates
Standard RV Site Daily
$70/day + tax
Includes water, sewer and electric.
Standard RV Site Weekly
$400/week + tax
Includes water, sewer and electric.
Standard RV Site Monthly
$1,200/month
Includes water and sewer. Electric is metered and billed monthly.
DEPOSIT:
For a reservation from one to six days:
$70 deposit plus tax
DEPOSIT:
For a reservation for 1 to 3 weeks:
$125 plus tax
DEPOSIT:
For a reservation for longer than 3 weeks: $250
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms:

Cancellations at least 48 hours before check-in:
* 80% of your deposit amount will be refunded back to the original payment method.
* 20% of your deposit amount is non-refundable to cover administrative and operational costs.
* The reservation fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in:
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.

Cancellations after check-in:
* No refunds will be issued after check-in or based on weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or if your stay is canceled by Woodfield staff for rules violation by you or members of your party. Refunds will not be issued due to temporary utility outages or limited access to other park amenities such as laundry or clubhouse.

No-Show Policy:
* Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without giving prior notification to Woodfield will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

RV Space Policies
Rates are subject to change at any time. Please note that rental rates are based on two people per space. Additional guests (2 maximum) will be charged $10.00 per person per night. In accordance with Woodfield RV's Rules & Regulations, guest limitations apply*
Woodfield does not have on-site showers or restrooms.

Holiday weekends or special events may require a minimum length of stay as well as an additional fee. Please inquire at the time the reservation is made.

Primary guest must be 55 years of age or greater

RV's must be 10 years old or newer and must be self-contained

Only one vehicle in addition to the RV is permitted

Check-In time is 12:00 p.m., Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.

No more than two pets are allowed

Parking of utility trailers, boat trailers, etc. is not permitted in the Woodfield community

Pop-up canopies, umbrellas, tents, gazebos, or other free-standing shade covers are prohibited
