• Woodfield is an age-qualified (55+) community.

• RVs must be less than 10 years old.

• Woodfield allows no more than two pets per space.

• Woodfield's rates are based on two people per space.  

• RVs must be self-contained with usable facilities.  Woodfield does not have restrooms or showers on site.

• RV spaces are only available May 1 through October 31 and are closed for winter.

• All cancellations will result in your balance being applied as a credit towards a future stay.  No refunds will be given regardless of circumstances.
