Service Request
Woodfield has updated the Service Request system. Please read below carefully before proceeding:
To enter a Service Request, please describe your request, enter your Asset number (which is your site #) and click the dropdown that appears with your site #, and enter your phone number. If you have a photo that you would like to reference, please click the "Upload File" button and attach your picture. Click the orange "Submit" button.
