In the past, our development team at Woodfield utilized the months between October and May for major projects. Now that all the roads, curbs and utilities are in, the heavy development inside Woodfield is complete for the most part. Another big reason is that COVID changed a lot about the world we live in. They are seeking that perfect balance of comfort and adventure, and value living a simpler, low-maintenance lifestyle within a tight-knit community. This decision is at your discretion. The office at Woodfield was constructed and is set up with the same typical components as all the homes in the community. We don’t winterize, yet we operate out of the office year-round with the heater set to keep temperatures at no less than 50 degrees at night. It stays very warm and comfortable all winter long and we have never had any issue with freezing problems, even on those few times that we experience colder than usual temperatures.

Yes, Owens Propane is our current approved vendor for propane service and they operate year round. You will simply call them to schedule a delivery.

The Pavilion will be available for use; however, it does not have heat. The restroom there will be closed between November through April.
