• Woodfield is an age-qualified (55+) community.

• RVs must be less than 10 years old.

• Woodfield allows no more than two pets per space.

• Woodfield's rates are based on two people per space.

• RVs must be self-contained with usable facilities. 

• Woodfield does not have restrooms or showers on site.

• RV spaces are available May 1 through Oct 31 and closed for winter.

• Cancellations balances are applied as a credit towards a future stay. 

• No refunds will be given regardless of circumstances.
